Vendor Rules
● There will be no refunds given after Dec 1st, 2025.
● Once accepted as vendor, you will have 2 weeks to pay the invoice or in person
● 10% charge for online payment, cash in person has no charge.
● You must pay AL/Gadsden/Etowah sales tax for any sales, you are responsible
● Before you set up you must sign a sales tax agreement claiming responsibility
● Extra vendor passes can be bought for $20 (kids don’t count unless selling)
● Be respectful to staff! They are there to make the show run smooth!
● If you have a vendor badge then you must stay all day, we believe in fairness and
we don’t want vendors “buddies” coming in at 7 leaving at 9 getting all the deals.
If you’re caught doing this ^, then that person will be asked to leave and you will
not be considered for future events, its not fair for attendees who follow the rules.
● VENDORS CANNOT START PACKING UP TILL 5:15pm! The people who get
there late in the day would still love to shop, please stay the whole day!
● Nothing too obscene, graphic or extreme…this is family friendly!
● You’re welcome to bring extra chairs, tables, shelves, stands, etc. Just please
make sure you’re staying inside your area
● If you’re caught selling fake pokemon, you will be banned from any future events.
● Same goes for games, toys, or any of that. No deception to the customer. If you
have a repro game, it has to be labeled. We will have auditors walking around!
● Any damage done to the venue from any vendor will be charged to the vendor,
please do not attach or lean anything on walls and pick up your trash!
● No extension cords, generators, loud speakers
● If you cancel the day before or day of, you will not be considered for future shows
● We will send setup info, map and all that closer to show time!
● Print both papers out and fill out asap! First come first served!

LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Exhibitors will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All exhibitors agree to hold management, staff members, sponsors, partners, and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said exhibitors’ participation in Gadsden Collector Con. State tax and local sales taxis the responsibility of the exhibitor/artist/vendor to collect according to state laws.
