Vendor Rules and FAQ

There will be no refunds given after June 1st. You will get a full refund if you cancel before then, after that you forfeit the money.

Each spot (10x10 or 6’ art spot) comes with 1 6’ table, 2 chairs, 2 passes

We will post a vendor map, make sure you see where you are, but we will show you day of the event. It is tentative and could change

Extra vendor passes can be bought for $20 (your kids don’t count, so 2 parents and 2 kids would be totally fine no extra charge)

If you have a vendor badge then you must stay all day, we believe in fairness and we don’t want vendors buddies coming in at 7 leaving at 9 getting all the deals

If you’re caught doing this , then that person will be asked to leave and you will not be considered for future events...its not fair to the VIP people who wait in line and pay extra

VENDORS MUST STAY TILL 5PM AT THE EARLIEST!! The people who get there late in the day would still love to shop, please stay the whole day!

Please be respectful to staff, attendees and fellow vendors, its a family event and we are there to make money, connections and have a good time!

You’re welcome to bring extra chairs, tables, shelves, stands, etc. Just please make sure you’re staying inside your area

If you’re caught selling fake pokemon, you will be banned from any future events. Its a big problem at shows and I have seen dealers and little kids get burnt too many times to allow it at my show.

Same goes for games, toys, or any of that. No resealed products or any sort of deception to the customer. If you have a repro game, it has be labeled as such.

Any damage done to the venue from any vendor will be charged to the vendor, please do not attach anything to walls and pick up your trash!

We know life happens, but if you cancel the day before or day of, you will not be considered for future shows & you lose out on booth fee

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Exhibitors will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All exhibitors agree to hold management, staff members, sponsors, partners, and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said exhibitors’ participation in Gadsden Collector Con. State tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor/artist/vendor to collect according to state laws.
